Return/Exchange Policy

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

 

Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If the return is rejected, you will receive an email stating why.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Contact your credit card company and/or your bank to see if there is a processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

 

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hamco@eggharborcafe.com.

 

If you would like to return your order, please refer to the following steps:

           1. Contact hamco@eggharborcafe.com to send your request.   

           2. Once approved, send the returned items (unused with the original packing slip) to:

           3. Provide us the Shipping Carrier & Tracking Number for a faster return process.

           4. Please allow 3-7 business days for our return center to receive your return. All return items would go through inspections. Once approved we will refund you within 24 hours.

Please Note: We reserve the right not to process the refund if the returned items do not qualify for return.
